Alpha was a good mate of mine who once lived in Wynnum and who collected all sorts of material. He was, at one time, an army dental technician. He suffered during his last years from bad knees which pained him almost constantly. However, Alpha (Alf) always greeted people with a pleasant smile and loved his fellowship with A.N.S.
