Quoted Prices: Queen $155 per night (1-2 people), King $155 per night (1-2 people), 1Q 1S $180 per night (2 people), 1Q 2S $200 per night (3 people). Check-in 2.00pm, Check-out 10.00am.

Booking: Please make your own booking direct with the Resort by phone. The above prices are not available if made via third party booking sites like booking.com, Expedia etc.

Bookings must be made by 6th March 2023 to receive these prices.

Cancellation: Free cancellation for High Peak Season/Major Sport Events: 28 days before arrival. No refund if any cancellation within 28 days, with flexibility for 3-month rescheduling (subject to room availability of new booking date and price difference might be applied based on the new booking date room rate).

Conference Costs: Registration fee of $110 per person includes the menus detailed below.  Please note that Sanctuary Resort has offered an A La Carte menu for the Saturday night dinner and this has been accepted and will be at Attendees cost and is not included in the registration fee. The current A La Carte menu is available on the website.

Conference Payments: All registration fees are to be paid in advance to the ANS Queensland Branch (the organiser of this conference) by 30th April 2023 or before to enable finalisation of catering arrangements.  The Queensland Branch bank account details are:

Preliminary Times & Notices: Friday afternoon/evening – set-up/check conference room and informal get-together at 6.00pm in the Tree-house Restaurant and Bar adjacent to the motel reception. Further details to come.
Saturday – 8.30am registration and issue of conference name badges, etc with set-up of displays.  9.00am – 9.15am Welcome address by ANS Patron. 6.00pm – gather for conference dinner and awards presentation in the Tree-house Restaurant. 
Sunday – 8.30am ANS Council Joint Meeting by Sydney and Branch Council Members. 
9.00am resume conference. 4.30pm Conference close by ANS President.
Half an hour will be taken for morning and afternoon teas, Saturday lunch will be one hour, Sunday lunch will be one and a half hours.  There will be no Sunday afternoon tea. As usual we hope to have a post conference meal at the Coffs Harbor RSL on Sunday night.

Papers and Presentations: Speakers at the conference are requested to provide a title and brief 200 word abstract by 1 May 2023.  Those wishing to use the available projector, images can only be displayed in a series of jpeg or tiff format files from a USB drive.  Those wishing to use a MS PowerPoint presentation, please use a USB drive.  As per previous conferences, please confine your address to 20 minutes, which will allow for 5 minutes question time and change-over and introduction between speakers.
