Members checked in on Friday 6th June.
The Conference room was opened around 3pm
on Friday Afternoon for members to set up their displays.
Members met in the Conference Room at 6.00 pm and went
to dinner at the Bistro in the Royal Hotel on the corner of Horton
Street (the next block).
I had not checked out the venue and it had changed a lot since
our 2004 conference. It was full of patrons.
We managed to get several tables upstairs where the dozen of us
who remained had a very nice dinner. The others had dinner at different
venues around the town.
After dinner around 7.30pm we returned to the Conference room
where members continued setting up and also swapped or sold coins.
At around 11pm I closed the room.
