8.30 am set up displays and distribute Programs
and Conference Medals.
9 am Open Conference with Housekeeping rules
A minutes silence in memory of members who have passed since the last
introduce themselves and advise their collecting interests.

11.30-12.30 Members with a display, who have not given a Talk about
them. To tell the Conference Members a brief (5 minutes) summary
of the display. Members will then vote for the best display.
12.30-1.30pm Buffet Lunch and Best Display Medal Presentation.
1.30-2 Group Photo
3.30-4 Afternoon Tea
5 Thank Members for their participation.
6.30 Bus to Coffs RSL for Dinner.
